Kafka Asagiri is a Japanese manga author and novelist, best known as the creator of the popular series Bungo Stray Dogs. Before his career in writing, Asagiri worked for a car company. He made his debut in the literary world with the manga series Bungo Stray Dogs, which began serialization in 2012. Bungo Stray Dogs has been adapted into a successful anime series, light novels, and a film, gaining a significant international fanbase. Asagiri is also the author of the light novel series Minase Youmu and the Really Scary Cthulhu Myth.
